We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address).
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

- Our customers — If you submit feedback on a customer's board, the board operator (our customer) can see your submitted content and email address
- Legal requirements — When required by law, court order, or government request
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Feedback data is retained as long as the board operator maintains their account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
